Williamstown

Been real moody lately. There aint a good reason for it, or maybe there is a pretty damn good reason... but there is nothing like taking a stroll down my favourite place in Melbourne and snapping away one after another of its serenity. And the adrenaline rush that accompanies with chasing the sunset. I admit defeat. I was a little too late for the sunset... but still...

There is still so much to learn. I still am not confident about taking a shot directly into the sun; it's too big a contrast for exposure. And I still cant get a shutter speed fast enough to capture birds taking a flight off the water.

And there is still so much to learn about painting the picture of life...

Royal Botanical Gardens

Haven't stepped into the Royal Botanical Gardens in years. I remember spending a summer day by the lake alone, lying on the grass with eyes closed, not too far away from the pecking flock of ducks, lost in enchanted calls of native birds. I missed those days. Things have changed a lot. Perhaps not so much of the Botanical Gardens but in me. Sometimes I don't even know if I am having a healing process, or whether I am slowly dying inside with time. So I decided to take my mind off the past and get lost in nature once again... here are a few of my best...
